Kimberly and her KALM Solution helpers were truly amazing in helping my family sort out our house. We had years of items that needed re-homing, donation, or recycling, which I found overwhelming, but Kimberly made it feel easy to manage and in good time. We made more money off of our sold items than anticipated, and it felt good to recycle or donate the rest. Kimberly was very kind, very hard working, and resourceful. I highly, highly recommend her for any kind of decluttering work.

When I was browsing Kijiji for a portable heater I came across an ad that listed one for sale. When I clicked on the ad I found that it was part of an online auction. I went to their website and found 2 other items I was also interested in so I registered with their site and proceeded to put in some bids. I was successful with all my bids and have since picked up my items. I could not be happier as I obtained all of my items for a super price and they are just as listed. I will definitely watch for other auctions on this site after such a great experience. They also post great pics for the items plus they have a one day showing if you want to pop by to actually see the item in person. When I picked up my items I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. Good luck with this new service!!

Shawn and his crew did an amazing job of staging my house. It sold in 3 days! Then they went on to help me move packing, recycling, scaling down, estate sales and moved me in to my new house. They were extremely fun to work with and had a lot of experience and advice to offer. I had been trying to do this on my own for 3 years. They achieved it all in 3 months!

You can expect top notch customer care from Chris. He took the time to walk us through his business, the watch market and even offered his expert opinion in case we opted to buy from somewhere else. Not once did he pressure us with any sales tactics. Also, another thing I really appreciated is that he is very responsive - he kept me in the loop and answered all my questions in the days following my purchase.

J'ai été voir Me J.A. chez ces notaires pour une procuration spécifique à une vente d'immobilier avant de partir en voyage. On a donné tous les renseignements et payé tous les frais requis le jour même dans la 2e semaine de décembre 2022, comme quoi la procuration serait prête la semaine d'après. De retour les voir la semaine d'après le notaire en question m'informe que la procuration ne sera pas prête avant la première semaine de janvier 2023, sachant très bien que je quittais le pays fin décembre. On parle là d'une procuration de 2 pages qu'un notaire peut faire les yeux fermés. Ce genre de procurations est très commun et suit un gabarit bien connu. Leur secrétaire m'a appelé 2 fois pour confirmer mes 2 R/V mais ils ne s'assurent pas que leurs notaires font le travail à temps. N'empêche, Me J.A. m'assure que la procuration sera prête début janvier et qu'on appellera ma sœur vers le 5 janvier pour passer la chercher. Première semaine de janvier passée et pas d'appel, ma sœur passe les voir mais la procuration n'est toujours pas prête. Finalement c'est un autre notaire qui la fait en 24 heures. À vous de tirer vos conclusions.

Left a bad impression on me that the estate company's owner was on facebook publicly guilting people for making offers at an estate sale. And then to announce it to a crowd and again try to publicly shame someone for making a reasonable offer on something being sold 2nd hand at an estate sale. No matter what a decedent may have originally paid, it's an estate sale - NOT a boutique shop. If it's that valuable, it would probably be best to list online separately anyway. Not at all knocking the family for wanting to get more for it because it was beautiful, just the manner the company handled it was disappointing.Plus you're using a $900 lamp as a marketing ploy in advance of a sale to get people to attend the sale but not disclosing that it's priced at $900. That's more than my monthly mortgage payment for Pete's sake! I've never in any of the tons of estate sales I've attended seen anything besides a vehicle or kitchen appliance priced that high. Just seems like deceptive advertising to me and then to guilt people for making offers on top is just upsetting and completely unnecessary.I get that lowball offers are not ideal, but an offer is an offer and it's your fiduciary duty to the estate to hear them out and encourage negotiation of a sale. If you can't meet the person, then say no and move on. It's simple and it's what you sign up for being in sales. I will no longer recommend this company but hope they can do better in the future.
